BOAC, Marinduque -- In a commendable display of community spirit, the BSIT-Electrical Technology students of Marinduque State College stepped up to assist the residents of Barangay Poras in Boac, Marinduque. Responding to a plea from local officials, the students worked diligently to recalibrate malfunctioning water level sensors that were causing disruptions in the community's water supply.

The call for help came as the barangay officials sought technical expertise to address issues with the water level sensors in the community water tank. Recognizing the importance of these sensors in maintaining a consistent water supply, the students quickly mobilized to assess the situation.

Armed with their knowledge, skills, and the necessary tools, the students conducted a thorough examination of the sensors. Through meticulous troubleshooting, they successfully identified and rectified the problems that were hindering the proper functioning of the water level sensors.

Following the recalibration process, the BSIT-Electrical Technology students are pleased to announce that the water level sensors are now operating flawlessly. This achievement signifies a triumph for the residents of Barangay Poras, as they can now enjoy a reliable and uninterrupted water supply once again.

Expressing gratitude for the opportunity to contribute to their community, the students view this project as more than just a technical task. The hands-on experience has allowed them to apply their theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios, emphasizing the importance of social responsibility and the fulfillment derived from helping others.

The BSIT-Electrical Technology students extend their heartfelt thanks to the barangay officials of Poras for their trust and cooperation throughout the project. They emphasize their ongoing commitment to being a reliable support system for the community, ready to lend a helping hand whenever needed.
